This membership includes items specifically notified on service pages and program overviews. Joining the mentorship will not entitle users to services or programs beyond The Melanin Marketing Mentorship.
Payment Guidelines
Management of your subscription is solely your responsibility. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that cancellations made during the billing period will become active during the next cycle. Simply put, access to the community and portal will remain until the end of your billing cycle.

Opting Out Of Renewal
You may opt out of renewal your mentorship subscription by going to your billing portal or sending an email to info@themelaninmarketer.com with your name, membership start date, and address.
Refunds
We have a fair refund policy. New members have 14-day to request a refund on purchase. Retroactive refunds will not be granted. Refunds are only available for the current billing cycle.
Refunds will not be given for inactivity or underuse of programs.
If you commit to annual mentorship billed at once a pro-rated amount based on the yearly term will be returned to you.
Limitation & Exclusion Of Liability
These warranties exclude all incidental or consequential damages. Our company, and its suppliers, will not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Legal Forum, Choice Of Laws & Official Language
This offering is a contract between you the buyer and our business, the seller. The seller is based in Daleville, VA, US. and by doing business with us you agree that this offering is made from Daleville VA, US. and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia and the United States..
